Aluminum alloy: The aluminum veneer is on the basis of 1 series and 3 series, and mainly made of 1100 series or 3003 series aluminum alloy plates, which produced by bending, welding, reinforcing ribs and riveted angles.
Surface coating: Because of aluminum veneer is usually install outdoor, so we common adopt PVDF coatings to roll the surface of aluminum veneer. And mill finish is for indoor decoration.
Thickness: The outdoor aluminum veneer’s thickness is about 2.0mm, 2.5mm or 3mm. Just for interior decoration or ceiling, the thicknessof indoor aluminum veneer is thinner than outdoor aluminum veneer, outdoor aluminium veneer with 1.0mm or 1.5mm thickness are suitable.
